Class Collective Construction in Ethnic Colleges Under the Guidance of Exchanges, Interactions and Integration

integration as the core practical path. Ethnic colleges, a key field for multi-ethnic students coexistence and study, take class collective con
struction as a fundamental link to deepen such exchanges, yet structural predicaments remain: prioritizing management over integration, form
over substance, and uniformity over diversity. This study adopts literature analysis and case study methods, reviews relevant research from
2014 to 2025, and takes the advanced ethnic unity classes of Southwest Minzu University as the empirical object. It expounds the connotative
characteristics, theoretical basis and operation mechanism of class collectives in ethnic colleges under the guidance of exchanges, interactions
and integration, pointing out that these classes have dual attributes as administrative management units and micro-ecosystems for ethnic ex
changes, and their spatial embeddedness, institutional guidance and emotional cohesion provide endogenous driving force for exchanges, in
teractions and integration.A four-dimensional practical framework is proposed: goal reconstruction for the shift from orderly management to
integrated coexistence; content innovation for a class activity system with in-depth embeddedness of exchanges, interactions and integration;
institutional optimization for improved multi-representation and scientific evaluation mechanisms; cultural cultivation for a class spiritual
ecosystem of harmony without uniformity. This study provides theoretical basis and operable paths for ethnic colleges to strengthen grassroots
education and enhance the quality of ethnic unity education.
