Research on the Path of Optimal Allocation of Higher Vocational Education Resources

Abstract


The optimization of higher vocational education resources is not merely of key significance for promoting the quality of vocational
education in Shandong Province, but also acts as an important guarantee for enabling the upgrading of regional industries and advancing the
coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Take Shandong Province as the research object, this research carries on the discus
sion to the higher vocational education resources optimization through the empirical analysis and the case research. It carries out systematic
review on the present situation of resource distribution in higher vocational education of Shandong, finds out actual difficulties in resource ar
rangement, and puts forward sustainable optimization strategies that match the long-term development of vocational education.
