Abstract


During the process of the Free Trade Port construction, the iterative upgrading of the industrial structure has an urgent demand for
high-caliber technical Innovation & Entrepreneurship talents. Vocational undergraduate education serves as the core vessel for cultivating
high-caliber technical talents. The educational institution-operated Innovation & Entrepreneurship incubation hubs have become the key plat
forms for bridging industry demands with talent cultivation. This study anchors in the industrial dynamics of the Free Trade Port, adopting an
industry-driven approach aligned with the vocational undergraduate education philosophy of industry-academia integration and knowledge
action unity. It explores development pathways for institution-operated innovation incubation hubs, employing concrete cases to analyze
their pivotal roles in industrial alignment, talent development, and project cultivation. By addressing critical challengesincluding imprecise
industry demand matching, underdeveloped incubation frameworks, and superficial industry-education collaborationthe research delivers
transferable practical insights for vocational institutions leveraging such hubs to advance Free Trade Port industries.
