industry-driven approach aligned with the vocational undergraduate education philosophy of industry-academia integration and knowledge
action unity. It explores development pathways for institution-operated innovation incubation hubs, employing concrete cases to analyze
their pivotal roles in industrial alignment, talent development, and project cultivation. By addressing critical challengesincluding imprecise
industry demand matching, underdeveloped incubation frameworks, and superficial industry-education collaborationthe research delivers
transferable practical insights for vocational institutions leveraging such hubs to advance Free Trade Port industries.
