Abstract

students' ideological and political education and daily management, counselors are irreplaceable in cultivating high-quality intelligent con
struction talents. Based on the background of intelligent construction and the characteristics of talent training for related majors, this paper
explores the connotation of counselor role empowerment, analyzes the current dilemmas, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. The
research aims to provide theoretical reference for the professional development of counselors and the improvement of talent training quality,
and to promote the integration of ideological and political education with professional education and industry development. This paper ad
heres to international journal academic norms, focusing on theoretical analysis and practical exploration.
