Optimization Pathways for Applied Talents' Competency Structure in Financial Vocational Undergraduate Education under Deep Industry-Education Integration

Abstract


As the digital transformation and business format innovation continuously advance in the financial industry, it puts forward
more diverse and accurate capability requirements for frontline applied financial talents. Under the traditional talent cultivation model
in financial vocational undergraduate education, students' competency structure does not align with the actual industry demands increas
ingly. The deep industry-education integration has become the core lever for addressing this contradiction. This paper anchors in the
positioning of financial vocational undergraduate education and integrates the core essence of industry-education integration to analyze
the shortcomings in current competency structure of financial applied talents, clarifies the core composition of the talent competency
structure from the perspective of industry-education integration, and explores targeted optimization pathways for the competency struc
ture from four dimensions: cultivation systems, practice carriers, faculty construction, and evaluation mechanisms, aiming to promote
the synchronization of financial vocational undergraduate education with the industry and cultivate high-quality applied financial talents
adapted to industrial evolution.
