Reconstructing Higher Education's Business Management Teaching System under Industry-Education Integration

Abstract


Industry-education integration serves as a crucial bridge between the education chain and the industrial chain, and the talent chain
and the innovation chain. It is also an effective pathway for Business Management in higher education to break through the limitations of tra
ditional teaching and cultivate versatile management talents that meet the demands of industrial evolution. Based on the fundamental philoso
phy of industry-education integration and the educational characteristics of the Business Management discipline, this paper analyzes the main
problems in current education and teaching,proposes reform suggestions in aspects such as cultivation objectives, curriculum design, teaching
methods, faculty development, and assessment and evaluation, aiming to promote the effective articulation between education and industrial
evolution, improve the level of talent cultivation, and provide a reference for promoting the implementation of industry-education integration
in Business Management in Higher education.
