Research on the Innovation of Operational Mechanisms in University Student Organizations under the Background of Digital Transformation
Abstract
on the structural impact of digital transformation on the operational mechanisms of student organizations, moving beyond the level of tool ap
plication to deeply analyze its internal logic of change, the practical dilemmas faced, and systematic innovation pathways. The study indicates
that digitalization drives the transformation of operational mechanisms from hierarchical and closed structures to networked and ecological
ones by reshaping organizational structure, decision-making models, activity forms, resource logic, and modes of identification. However,
practical implementation faces challenges such as "digital formalism, " the digital literacy gap, the weakening of emotional connections, and
data ethics risks. To address these challenges, this paper constructs a five-dimensional synergistic innovation framework encompassing "con
cepts, structure, processes, capabilities, and culture." It proposes a practical approach shifting from a "management-oriented" to a "platform
empowerment" model, from "experience-driven" to "data-intelligent" decision-making, and from mere "online migration" to "online-offline
integration." The aim is to provide theoretical reference for student organizations to achieve modernization of governance and enhance educa
tional effectiveness in the digital era.
