Strategies and Practice of Innovation-Capable Talent Cultivation in the Context of Digital Transformation of Vocational Education
Abstract
purpose is to cultivate technical talents who meet the requirements of industrial evolution, and possess digital literacy and innovative spirit.
However, in current digital transformation of vocational education, there are still problems such as education-industry separation, superficial
digital skill cultivation, and insufficient innovation capability cultivation. Based on the status quo of vocational universities, this paper anchors
in frontline teaching realities and conducts research and summary on innovation-capable talent cultivation methods and pathways from several
aspects such as curriculum system construction, teaching method reform, faculty construction, and school-enterprise cooperation. It avoids
empty preaching and emphasizes practical and actionable content, aiming to catalyze vocational education to improve its talent cultivation
level during the digital transformation process and provide outstanding innovative technical talents for industrial evolution.
