Reform and Innovation of Golden Course System for College Students' Career Planning and Employment Guidance from the Perspective of Digital Technology
Abstract
courses for College Students' Career Planning and Employment Guidance has become a key measure to improve the quality of employmentoriented education. Current courses suffer from outdated content updates, rigid teaching models, simplistic evaluation methods, and insufficient digital empowerment, making it difficult to meet college students' career development needs in the digital era. Based on the highquality course standards of advanced nature, innovation and challenge level, and supported by digital technologies, this paper constructs a
high-quality course reform framework from four dimensions: content system, teaching model, evaluation mechanism, and technical support.
Through digital content reconstruction, intelligent teaching innovation, diversified evaluation optimization, and multi-dimensional technical
empowerment, it builds a precise, personalized and intelligent high-quality course system, providing theoretical references and practical paths
for enhancing college students' career planning abilities and employment competitiveness.
