Resource Integration and Technology Commercialization Mechanism in University Incubators

Panpan Jia, Hanmei Qu

Abstract

Under the background of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy, the university-affiliated innovation and entrepreneurship incubators are important bridges between education chain & talent chain and industry chain & innovation chain, and serve as
pivotal drivers in cultivating applied technical talents and accelerating technology commercialization. However, most university incubators
currently struggle to fulfill their mandates effectively due to fragmented resource pools, suboptimal commercialization outcomes, and insufficient synergy networks. This study selects university incubators as research subjects to diagnose systemic bottlenecks in resource integration
and technology commercialization through empirical analysis, explores effective resource integration frameworks and full-chain commercialization models, and proposes evidence-based improvement strategies to enhance operational excellence while achieving dual mandates of
industry-embedded talent cultivation and research valorization.
