Innovating Agricultural Legal Talent Cultivation Models in Higher Education Under the Context of Rural Revitalization
Abstract
of its cultivation objectives, curriculum offerings, and practical components. Based on the research on the actual demands of rural governance,
this paper explores the knowledge structure and competencies for agricultural legal professionals, and points out the drawbacks in the current
cultivation methods, such as severe urban-centered bias, superficial implementation of practice teaching, and insufficient faculty capabilities.
On this basis, it proposes a reform scheme: redesigning a rural-oriented curriculum system, establishing a university-local collaborative practice teaching model, strengthening grassroots experience accumulation among faculty, and improving the talent delivery and career development service system. The research suggests that cultivating legal professionals for rural governance transcends mere curriculum expansion; it
demands fostering jurists who comprehend agrarian realities, embrace farmer-centric commitment, and master context-adaptive mediation
all anchored in a transformative pedagogical paradigm.
