Research on Talent Training Model Innovation for Finance and Trade Majors Driven by Industry-Education Integration and OBE Concept

Yu Zhai

Abstract

Against the backdrop of digital economy and industrial upgrading, the financial and commercial sectors face an urgent demand
for versatile and practice-oriented professionals. However, current vocational education programs in these fields suffer from issues such as
misaligned training objectives with industry needs, outdated curriculum systems, inadequate practical instruction, and simplistic evaluation
mechanisms. Grounded in industry-education integration policies and the core principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), this study
proposes a four-dimensional innovative training model featuring "goal alignment, curriculum restructuring, practice empowerment, and evaluation optimization." By defining competency objectives, strengthening school-enterprise collaboration, redesigning curricula, and enhancing
support systems, the model achieves precise alignment between talent development and job requirements, providing actionable insights for
educational reform in vocational financial and commercial programs.
