Challenges and Countermeasures of University Teaching Management in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract


With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the digital transformation of education has become the core direction of higher education reform. The in-depth integration of artificial intelligence and university teaching management provides a new path
for improving the quality and efficiency of teaching management. Based on the current reality of university teaching management, this paper
expounds the application scenarios of artificial intelligence in university teaching management, deeply analyzes multiple challenges in terms
of concept, technology, talents and mechanisms in the process of technology integration. Combined with the development law of higher education, targeted optimization strategies are put forward, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of university teaching management
modes, improve the quality of teaching management and education level, and facilitate the high-quality development of university education
and teaching.
