Abstract


This paper focuses on four key areas: blue carbon finance, cross-border green products, carbon financial instruments, and tropicalcharacteristic green finance. It integrates educational empowerment mechanisms to build an innovation system, proposing safeguard pathways
from five aspects: standard alignment, risk prevention and control, digital support, policy incentives, and educational collaboration, providing
references for the high-quality development of green finance in free trade ports.
