A Study on the Application of AI-Generated Content (AIGC) Technology in Product Packaging Design Courses

Shurui Chen

Abstract

In the context of artificial intelligence technology deeply empowering the design industry, AIGC (Generative Artificial Intelligence)
is becoming the core driving force for the reform of product packaging design courses. Traditional packaging design courses face pain points
such as low teaching efficiency, insufficient creativity stimulation, disconnection from industry frontiers, and limited cultivation of students'
practical abilities. Based on design education and industry needs, this article systematically analyzes the application value of AIGC technology in product packaging design courses. From two dimensions: reconstructing teaching processes and innovating practice modules, it constructs an application path for AI technology to empower traditional courses, providing theoretical references and practical paradigms for the
intelligent and modern transformation of product packaging design courses in universities.
