Exploration of Talent Training Path for Vocational Undergraduate Pharmacy Programs from the Perspective of "Double High"
Abstract
programs bear the core task of cultivating high-level technical and skilled pharmaceutical professionals, requiring a balance between the practical attributes of vocational education and the academic and technical requirements of undergraduate education. Currently, China's vocational
undergraduate pharmacy programs face issues such as unclear training positioning, curriculum systems out of sync with industry demands,
weak practical teaching, insufficient "dual-qualified" faculty, and insufficient integration of industry and education. Guided by the "Double
High" construction philosophy and based on the positioning of vocational undergraduate education and the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, this paper explores optimization paths for talent cultivation from aspects such as restructuring training objectives, optimizing curriculum
systems, innovating practical teaching, strengthening faculty development, deepening industry-education integration, and integrating ideological and political education. The findings aim to provide theoretical references and practical insights for enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical talent cultivation and serving the Healthy China strategy and the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.
