Research on Innovative Approaches to Digitalization-Driven Internship Management in Private Vocational Undergraduate Institutions

Abstract


Against the backdrop of digital transformation in vocational education and the high-quality development of private vocational undergraduate institutions, traditional internship management faces challenges such as inadequate process supervision, insufficient school-enterprise collaboration, monotonous evaluation methods, and weak safety safeguards. Digital technologies provide crucial support for enhancing
the quality and efficiency of internship management. This paper examines the operational characteristics of private vocational undergraduate
institutions and the practical challenges in internship management, elucidating the core value of digital empowerment in this context. It proposes innovative approaches across five dimensionsplatform development, process reengineering, collaborative mechanisms, evaluation
reform, and safety assuranceto offer theoretical insights and practical solutions for establishing an intelligent, refined, and closed-loop internship management system, thereby advancing the transition of private vocational undergraduate internship management toward standardization, efficiency, and educational focus.
