Abstract


In the macro-context of the deep integration of AI and higher education, university faculty's digital literacy constitutes important
support for promoting the digital transformation of education and cultivating high-caliber talents. This study analyzes the shortcomings in current training models by synthesizing the core connotations and training status of university faculty' digital literacy in the AI era, summarizes
the innovative pathways for the current training models, and explores the future development direction, thereby providing theoretical basis
and practical reference for universities to refine the training systems for faculty's digital literacy and enhance the training efficacy.
