Abstract
this paper analyzes the synergistic relationship between vocational education and the construction of county-level cold chain nodes. It establishes a coordinated framework of "industry demand orientation vocational education support scientific node layout, " proposes optimization solutions across three dimensionssite selection principles, layout models, and empowerment pathwaysand enhances three safeguard
mechanisms for talent cultivation, technology transfer, and government-enterprise collaboration. The aim is to leverage targeted vocational
education to build a cold chain logistics node network tailored to county-specific conditions, thereby supporting the improvement of quality
and efficiency in the county-level distribution of Hainan's tropical fresh agricultural products.
