Research on Micro-intervention Strategies for Healthy Behaviors in University Physical Education and Health Courses
Abstract

intervention effects. Micro-intervention, with its characteristics of precision, fragmentation, and personalization, is suitable for the learning and living rhythms and cognitive habits of college students, providing a new path for guiding healthy behaviors in the course. Based
on the actual teaching of university physical education and health courses, this paper analyzes the core value of micro-intervention for
healthy behaviors, explores specific implementation strategies for micro-intervention within the course, and proposes safeguard measures. The aim is to provide practical references for improving the teaching quality of the course and helping college students develop
lifelong healthy behaviors.
