Enhancing the Adaptability of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Building a Strong Education System Three-dimensional Analysis

Heng Tang, Zeyu Qu

Abstract

Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is a central issue in building a strong education system. This enhancement reflects the profound theoretical connections between vocational education and socioeconomic development as well as individual growth. From
the perspective of fostering a robust education system, improving vocational education's adaptability carries three key values: serving highquality development, promoting common prosperity, and consolidating its distinctive role. The feasibility of such adaptation is profoundly
shaped by four overarching forces: political, economic, social, and technological factors. Accordingly, coordinated efforts across four dimensionsreforming institutional frameworks, advancing industry-education integration, transforming training models, and establishing digital
infrastructureare essential to translate theoretical possibilities into practical implementation, thereby providing stronger theoretical underpinnings for vocational education policies and practices in building a strong education system.
