A Study on the New Form of Industry-Education Integration in Cultivating the Craftsmanship Spirit in Ideological and Political Courses at Vocational Undergraduate Institutions from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity: Digital Empowerment

Zeyu Qu, Heng Tang

Abstract

The accelerated development of new-quality productive forces is reshaping industrial structures and labor demand patterns, imposing new requirements on talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate institutions. While ideological and political courses in these institutions
bear the crucial mission of fostering the craftsman spirit, traditional teaching models face persistent structural challenges. The deep integration
of digital technologies offers novel solutions to these challenges. Grounded in the theoretical framework of new-quality productive forces, this
paper proposes three progressive dimensions for an industry-education integration model that enhances craftsman spirit cultivation through
digital empowerment: (1) extending the ideological and political teaching environment through a "virtual-real coexistence" approach driven
by digital technologies; (2) establishing an educational mechanism featuring "collaborative industry-education faculty and joint value creation
between schools and enterprises" facilitated by data integration; and (3) redefining educational objectives through digital literacy, transforming the craftsman spirit from a classroom concept into a practical quality demonstrated in production workflows.
