A Discussion on the Development of Practical Training Bases for the Vocational Bachelor's Degree Programme in Corporate Digital Management
Abstract
the Digital Enterprise Management programme at the vocational undergraduate level is centred on cultivating high-calibre, technically skilled
digital management professionals. As a key vehicle for bridging theoretical instruction with the practical needs of enterprises, the quality of
practical training bases directly determines the effectiveness of talent development. This paper, in line with the core requirements of vocational undergraduate educationnamely, the integration of industry and education and the combination of theory and practiceanalyses the current status and prominent issues in the development of practical training bases for the Digital Enterprise Management programme. By aligning
with industry development needs and the distinctive features of the programme, it explores the fundamental principles and specific pathways
for establishing such bases, thereby providing practical guidance for enhancing the quality of practical teaching and cultivating digital management professionals who meet the needs of enterprises.
