Research on the Integrated Construction Mechanism of the "Five Golds" for Vocational Undergraduate Preschool Education from the Perspective of the Industry-Education Integration Community

Abstract


With demographic changes and the advancement of the strategy to build a strong education nation, preschool education is shifting
from "scale expansion" to "quality enhancement." Vocational undergraduate education has become the main platform for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents in preschool education; however, challenges such as fragmented resources and disconnection between industry and education persist. From the perspective of industry-education integration communities, this paper proposes an integrated development
paradigm of the "Five Golds" (Golden Programs, Golden Courses, Golden Faculty, Golden Training Bases, and Golden Teaching Materials),
establishes a four-dimensional operational mechanism featuring "joint standard-setting, shared resource development, collaborative talent cultivation, and shared outcomes, " and outlines implementation pathways across three dimensionsgovernance structure, digital empowerment,
and evaluation reformproviding theoretical support and actionable guidance for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate
preschool education programs.
