Abstract

With the continuously deep development of the Hainan FTP, modern "4+3+3" industrial system is rapidly advancing toward digitalization, intelligence, and internationalization. The market demand is constantly increasing for digital-intelligence versatile financial talents majoring in big data and financial management. Currently, in the process of cultivating big data and financial management professionals at higher
education institutions in China, persistent curriculum content update lag among other challenges remains within the curriculum system. Based
on the characteristics of industrial development in Hainan FTP and the main requirements of corporate financial roles, this paper adopts the
research pathway of "industry demand analysis-role competency profiling-curriculum system mapping" to summarize and organize the digital
competence, local industrial adaptability, and interdisciplinary practical ability required for corporate financial roles in various industries. It
proposes a cultivation pathway suitable for industrial development in the Hainan FTP from four dimensions: indigenized cultivation positioning of the Hainan FTP, restructuring of the digital-intelligence curriculum system, establishment of practice platforms with industry-education
integration, and construction of the evaluation system integrating job-course-competition-certificate.
