A Study on Protein and Vitamin Supplementation for College Students and Its Impact on Exercise Results
Abstract
continuously increasing. Basketball, football, running, and fitness are common forms of exercise on campus. The improvement of exercise
effects not only depends on scientific exercise training but is also closely related to reasonable nutritional supplementation. Among them,
proteins and vitamins, as essential nutrients for the human body, play a crucial role in the performance of college students' sports, the
recovery of their bodies, and the improvement of their exercise capabilities. This article focuses on two core aspects: protein supplementation and exercise effects, and vitamin supplementation and exercise effects. By appropriately adding sub-arguments to elaborate on the
research content, it explains the specific impacts of these two nutrient supplements on exercise effects and the scientific ways of supplementation. The aim is to provide theoretical and practical references for college students to enhance their exercise effects through reasonable nutritional supplementation and to scientifically carry out physical exercises, helping them improve their physical fitness and cultivate
healthy exercise and nutrition habits.
