Research on a VR Virtual Simulation Training Teaching System for Logistics Specialization Driven by Digital Twins

Zhu Zheng

Abstract

This paper addresses the integrated training requirements of logistics vocational education encompassing "positions, courses,
competitions, and certifications." It defines the core essence and characteristics of a VR-based virtual simulation training system powered by
digital twins, establishes a five-dimensional framework comprising the "goal layer content layer implementation layer evaluation layer
support layer, " and elaborates on key aspects such as curriculum module design, teaching process optimization, and diversified evaluation
mechanisms. Using a tropical fresh food cold chain logistics training program as a case study, the paper aims to create a new training ecosystem characterized by "integration of virtual and real-world environments, synergy between theory and practice, and precise empowerment, "
thereby providing theoretical foundations and practical models for cultivating high-caliber technical professionals in logistics.
