Research on Integration of Academic Education and Ideological Guidance of University Counselors for Architecture Majors

Abstract


Under the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in higher education, the integration of academic education and ideological guidance has become an essential requirement for architectural talent cultivation. Architecture is a comprehensive discipline integrating engineering technology, artistic aesthetics and humanistic social attributes, which requires students to possess not only professional design
capabilities but also sound moral values and social responsibility. University counselors, as the key personnel of college ideological education,
play an irreplaceable role in connecting academic teaching and students' ideological growth. Aiming at the disciplinary characteristics of architecture majors, this paper adopts pure theoretical research methods to clarify the internal logical relationship between academic education
and ideological guidance. It summarizes the common dilemmas in integrated education and puts forward targeted optimization strategies. The
research intends to provide theoretical reference for improving the collaborative education system of architecture majors and cultivating high-quality architectural talents with both ability and integrity.
