Abstract

In the context of globalization and the rapid development of trade, the cultivation requirements are becoming increasingly diverse
and comprehensive for International Economics and Trade talents. The traditional training methods are no longer able to meet the market demands. OBE (Outcome-Based Education) is a student-focused, market-oriented approach that prioritizes continuous optimization, serving as
an effective guiding framework for cultivating international trade talents. This paper integrates with the core tenets of the OBE paradigm and
misaligned International Economics and Trade talent cultivation and market demands, and proposes an International Economics and Trade
talent cultivation program that meets market demands from five aspects: cultivation objectives, curriculum design, teaching methods, practice
bases, and assessment systems to achieve seamless articulation between talent cultivation and industrial advancement, enhance the core competitiveness of International Economics and Trade talents, and promote the high-performance development of the industry.
