An Analysis of the Collaborative Internship Management Model between Private Vocational Undergraduate Institutions and Enterprises under the New Paradigm
Abstract
protection of students' rights. Grounded in the distinctive characteristics and talent cultivation objectives of private vocational undergraduate
institutions, this paper analyzes the current practical difficulties in school-enterprise collaborative internship management. It proposes a novel
internship management modelcharacterized by "multi-stakeholder collaboration, end-to-end closed-loop processes, alignment between
job roles and curriculum, and integrated moral and technical development" across five dimensions: governance structure, organizational
operations, process control, evaluation reform, and support systems. This framework provides theoretical insights and practical pathways for
enhancing internship-based education quality and advancing the substantive development of private vocational undergraduate education.
