Employment-Oriented Curriculum Design and Adjustment for Preschool Education Majors in Higher Education Institutions
Abstract
the current state and problems of curriculum design, this paper proposes adjustments based on principles such as market demand orientation
and competency-based education. Adjustments include optimizing core courses and constructing a practical teaching system, accompanied by
implementation safeguards related to faculty, resources, and policy. The aim is to enhance students' employment competitiveness and adapt to
job requirements. Future efforts should focus on monitoring industry trends, strengthening international cooperation and exchange, continuously optimizing the curriculum system, and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
