A Brief Analysis of Causes and Solutions for Sudden Safety Accidents in Colleges and Universities

Xiaoxin Liu

Abstract

Frequent sudden safety accidents in colleges disrupt teaching and research and threaten social stability. This paper analyzes causes
from four aspects: students' psychological stress, complex social environment, adverse online public opinion, and lack of safety management
experience. Solutions include emphasizing mental health, strengthening technological security, guiding public opinion, and improving emergency mechanisms. A systematic prevention and response system is essential to reduce accidents and ensure normal university operation and
social stability.
