Research on the Path of Collaborative Education of College Counselors from the Perspective of Three-wide Education

Abstract

Under the background of the new era of high-level promotion of higher vocational education and the deepening of the integrated
comprehensive reform of " three complete education, " counselors, as an important force to undertake the fundamental task of moral education and responsible for the ideological and political education of college students, their collaborative education trend is directly related to the
actual effect of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Based on the characteristics of education in vocational colleges,
this paper interprets the deep relationship between the three-wide education and the collaborative education of counselors. On this basis, it
summarizes the specific problems existing in the collaborative education of counselors, such as the fragmentation of the main body linkage,
the fragmentation of the education process, and the impetuous aggregation of resources. Focusing on the three aspects of the whole staff, the
whole process and the all-round, this paper explores feasible solutions and strategies, trying to break the " isolated island phenomenon " of
ideological and political education, form a comprehensive and integrated ideological and political education system, and then serve the cultivation of high-quality technical talents.
