Abstract

Trade unions in colleges and universities serve as the link between the school and teachers, students, etc. They are to help train the
staff in the school, to promote the construction of teachers' and students' culture, to create a good learning atmosphere, and to affect the mentality of the staff and students as well as the development of the school. Given the basic task of "cultivating people by virtue" and the requirements for the construction of college and university campus culture in the new era, this paper takes the general situation of the innovative path
of trade union-empowered talent training and teacher-student culture construction in colleges and universities as its object of study to explore
how to strengthen teacher-student interaction, update cultural carriers, build collaborative mechanisms and smart platforms, and thus form an
empowerment system of "trade union-led, teacher-student participation, multi-party cooperation and global coverage".
