School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Advancing the Construction of Business Administration Practical Training Systems

Abstract


Business Administration programs integrate theory and practice, and practical training systems serve as the main vehicle for achieving Business Administration talent cultivation objectives. As a reform direction for vocational education and higher education, collaborative
education can complement the educational resources of both schools and enterprises, and address the deficiencies in practical training teaching
through deep school-enterprise integration. This paper, from the perspective of school-enterprise collaborative education, analyzes the problems in the construction of Business Administration practical training systems, explores the main value and implementation plans of schoolenterprise collaborative education, and proposes actionable countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Business Administration
practical training systems, aiming to refine the Business Administration practical training teaching systems and enhance the practical capabilities and person-job fit of management talents.
