The Ethical Connotation and Contemporary Value of Chinese Traditional Virtues
Abstract

introspection, Datong and standing, this paper explains its core ethical essence, combs the conceptual boundary and the context of ancient and
modern inheritance. At the same time, combined with current society, this paper analyzes its practical value from three aspects: personal selfcultivation, grassroots governance and national construction. It is an important local resource for cultivating civic morality, perfecting credit
system and practicing socialist core values. In the face of multicultural impact and moral construction problems, digging deep and creatively
transforming traditional virtues plays an important role in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in the new era and strengthening
the self-confidence of national culture.
