Research on the Causes of Freshmen Withdrawals from Teacher Training Institutions and Educational Response Mechanisms

but it also puts the reserve of basic education teachers in jeopardy. The phenomenon of fresh students dropping out of teacher training programs is examined in this study. It explains the complex effects of this phenomenon on enrollment stability, resource allocation, educational
equity, and teacher workforce development; it methodically examines the individual, family, institutional, and societal factors that contribute
to it; and it suggests a cooperative educational response mechanism that incorporates source prevention, immediate intervention, and longterm consolidation. This approach furnishes theoretical references and practical operational pathways for teacher training institutions in addressing enrollment attrition, refining student management mechanisms, and advancing the quality construction of teacher education.
