Research on the Capacity Building of Vocational EducationGoing Global and International Communication in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Against the backdrop of globalization and the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, the overseas expansion of
vocational education in higher vocational colleges has become an important practice of the internationalization of education in China. This
study focuses on the construction of international communication capacity in the process of vocational education going global, systematically
analyzes the connotation, model and intrinsic connection with international communication capacity of vocational education going global,
and dissects the current practical predicaments of vocational colleges in discourse construction, media application, cross-cultural communication, etc. It proposes an improvement path of building a multi-communication system, strengthening support and guarantee, and deepening
integrated development. The study suggests that vocational education going global is not only the export of skills and standards, but also the
dissemination process of cultural concepts. Only by organically integrating the practice of vocational education projects with the construction
of international communication capabilities can the international influence and discourse power of China's vocational education be truly enhanced, and the strength of vocational education be contributed to building a community with a shared future for mankind.
