Abstract

With the improvement of Chinas comprehensive national strength, the education of international students in China has gradually entered the stage of connotative development after the rapid growth stage. It is an important way to improve the management of international student education under the international infuence of cross-cultural exchange. Aiming at the cultural diversity and cross-cultural adaptability of various countries, this paper sorts out the problems in the management of international students in universities, and explores the importance of the effective management mode of cultivating international students who know, know, love China and understanding high-quality talents with diverse cultures, international vision and international competitiveness.
