The Influence of Professional Identity and Academic Self-efficacy of Normal University Students on Their Employability

Abstract


Teachers college students professional identity and academic self-efficacy have a certain impact on their employability. Therefore,
a questionnaire survey of 150 college students in a convenient sample survey to analyze the relationship between Teachers college students
professional identity, academic self-efficacy and employment ability, as well as academic self-efficacy played an intermediary role between
professional identity and employment ability. The results showed that the professional identity and academic self-efficacy have an impact on
employability.
