Abstract


In the current environment of vocational education reform, the construction of teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges has encountered various challenges, and actively promoting the integration of industry and education has become a key way to enhance the strength
of teachers in undergraduate vocational education. By analyzing the shortcomings in the construction of teacher team in vocational undergraduate colleges, this paper expounds the strategy of teacher team construction under the framework of the integration of industry and education.
