Abstract
The ultimate goal of vocational colleges is to train skilled talents for enterprises and society. So vocational colleges should pay more
attention to the effective industrial docking of schools while training people, and should keep pace with The Times to master the industrial
development dynamics. Based on the employment and actual work situation of 2023 graduates, this paper analyzes the positioning of teachers and students and the roles and functions of teachers and students in education and employment respectively from the aspect of industrial
docking through questionnaire survey and other methods. And the accumulated experience will be fed back to the construction of the school
platform.
