Abstract

This paper explores the status quo, problems and its reform path of the student work mode in colleges and universities against the
background of information literacy. Through the elaboration of the definition and connotation of information literacy, it analyzes the important
role of information literacy in the work of students in colleges and universities, and puts forward the principles and objectives of constructing
the work mode of students in colleges and universities under information literacy. The study points out that the application of information literacy helps to improve work efficiency, service quality and promote the overall development of students.
