Research on Optimization of Teachers Performance Management in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Abstract


Teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities are not only the main force of teaching, research and practice, but also the
intrinsic motivation to promote the reform and innovation of the school mechanism.For this reason, many higher vocational colleges and universities in China are actively exploring and trying performance management models to maximize the value and potential of teachers.However, in the actual application process there are problems such as unclear purpose of performance appraisal, monolithic subject of performance
appraisal, lack of feedback and communication of performance appraisal, which affects the effectiveness of performance management.This
paper analyzes the problems in performance management in higher vocational colleges and universities, and puts forward optimization countermeasures in a targeted manner, with a view to providing reference for the reform and improvement of performance management of teachers
in higher vocational colleges and universities.
