Abstract


In order to adapt to the trend of modern graduate education reform, mechanical engineering teachers in universities should actively
introduce positive incentive mechanisms, which can stimulate students intrinsic driving force and creativity, and enhance their research
enthusiasm and innovation ability in the field of mechanical engineering. This article focuses on optimizing the curriculum system, deepening school enterprise cooperation, building research platforms, and improving evaluation systems, aiming to cultivate mechanical researchoriented professionals with solid theoretical foundations, excellent practical abilities, and a highly innovative spirit to meet the needs of the
transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the new era.
