Abstract

With the advent of the digital financial era, the financial industry and many other industries to build links. At this time, the development of various fields in rural areas also needs the support of financial talents. As the main position of training talents, colleges and universities provide a large number of talents for the development of various industries. Based on this, this article explores the problems existing in
the schools financial talents to help rural revitalization and development, and puts forward three feasible paths to provide more support for
the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
