Research on Education Innovation of University Youth League Committee from the Perspective of Lide Education -- Take Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an example

Abstract

With the development of society and the deepening of educational reform, the youth League committee of colleges and universities, as an important force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, is facing the innovative challenge of education
work. Based on the core concept of moral education, this paper discusses how the university youth League committee cultivates high-quality
talents with social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability under the background of the new era. First of all, this paper analyzes
the connotation and requirements of moral education, as well as the current situation and existing problems of the university youth League
committee. Then, this paper puts forward the innovation path of education concept, content, way and mechanism, in order to meet the requirements of education in the new era. Through the analysis of the specific cases of college education, this paper shows the practical effect and
experience of innovative education. Finally, this paper discusses the challenges of the university youth League committee, and puts forward
the corresponding countermeasures. The results show that the youth League committee of colleges and universities can better realize the goal
of cultivating morality and cultivate more excellent talents for the society.
