Research on the Reform Strategy of University Education Management from the Perspective of Innovative Education

Abstract


With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, innovation has become the core driving force to promote social progress and
economic development. As an important base for personnel training and knowledge innovation, the innovation of educational management
mode is very important for cultivating talents with innovative thinking and ability. This paper aims to discuss the necessity and strategy of the
reform of university education management from the perspective of innovative education. By analyzing the challenges faced by the current
education management, this paper proposes the reform path of building student-centered, strengthening the ability of practice and innovation,
and promoting interdisciplinary integration, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the reform of university education management in China.
