A Strategic Analysis of College English Education Reform From an Interdisciplinary Perspective

Abstract


Based on the current situation of college English education in China, this paper analyzes the characteristics and main contents of
college English education from multiple perspectives of linguistics, psychology and pedagogy, and analyzes the challenges of English education reform from an interdisciplinary perspective. Finally, it puts forward several reform strategies from the perspectives of practicality, science and feasibility. Through this study, we hope to provide more guidance for the front-line personnel of college English education in China
and help improve the quality of English education.
