Exploration and Practice of One-stop Student Service Mode Under the Guidance of Party Building

Abstract


Under the background of the new era, the management of college student affairs is facing new challenges and opportunities. This
paper explores the one-stop student service mode led by the Party building, aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of service, and enhance students sense of gain and happiness. By analyzing the implementation path and effect of the one-stop student service mode, this paper
discusses the specific measures and effects of the mode in the aspects of resource integration, process optimization, service team construction,
information construction and the integration of party construction. The results show that this model significantly improves student satisfaction
and the cohesion of the party organization. This paper also analyzes the difficulties encountered in the practical application, and puts forward the
corresponding solution strategy, which provides an important reference for further optimizing the management of university student affairs.
